'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' cast member Althea Heart received a lovely birthday surprise last night. Her partner in love Benzino caught her off guard with an intimate birthday dinner.
"I can't thank you all enough for helping me share this special birthday," Althea told partygoers, which included celebrity bestie and "The Real" co-host Tamar Braxton and husband Vince Herbert. "Tamar, thank you for coming. You always have my back, and I love you for it," she said.
Althea received an expensive Avianne & Co. necklace from her love Benzino. Set in 14k yellow gold, the piece features a champagne citrine center stone surrounded by diamonds, and an 18k yellow gold rope chain.
