A contractor, who was hired to carry out various improvements on Akon’s Atlanta, Georgia mansion, is suing the R&B artist over non-payment.
Durable Steel Structures filed a lien against the “Whole Lot” singer, claiming they are owed $36,765 for previous work.
According to TMZ, the company is refusing to install a glass floor feature in Akon’s pad until he settles the bill.
This is not the first complaint against Akon and his luxurious crib. In 2012, a contractor complained he was owed $51,941 for work on the property.
In related news, Akon recently announced that he will be releasing five versions of his upcoming Stadium LP (Euro, Pop, Urban, Island, and World).
