Reginae Carter's sweet sixteen party was major down in Atlanta over the weekend. Helping Lil Wayne's daughter celebrate in a major way, R&B singers Fantasia and Kandi showed up with their family, including Zion and Riley, for a turn up in all white.
Fantasia's fiance was also in the building as were Tameka "Tiny" Harris and Nicki Minaj, who gave a surprise performance.
