Ray J's father, Willie Norwood Sr, appeared on "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" Monday night where he gave his son some honest advice.
"(Your mother) She's been worried about you Ray… When I heard about that it was unbelievable," Mr. Norwood told Ray J. "I need you to do better. It's in you to do better. It's like killing your mom. You were not raised that way."
After Ray admitted to doing things to Teairra out of spite and a desire for revenge, his father said he has to be the bigger person and apologize.
"I believe you really owe her an apology," Mr. Norwood said.
