Syleena Johnson is hoping to work out challenges in her marriage via WE's second season of "Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars."
Slated to return in 2015, the second season of the series will follow Johnson and her husband, Kiwane Garris, as they comb through issues that are destroying their marriage in an attempt to avoid divorce.
Season two of Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars will also feature Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt (The Hills), Aviva & Reid Drescher (The Real Housewives of New York), Natalie Nunn & Jacob Payne (Bad Girls Club, Bridezillas), and Tyson Apostol & Rachel Foulger (Survivor: Blood vs. Water).
Run by husband and wife duo Jim and Elizabeth Carroll, and joined by co-directors David Bishop and Ilsa Norman, Marriage Boot Camp pushes couples to their limits, physically and emotionally. There will be NO special treatment for this group as the couples will be forced to face demons from their past that are still affecting them now, and in turn, suffocating their relationships. Tough love tactics will peel back the layers of what makes these reality stars tic, as well as what is driving their marriages to the brink of disaster. Each episode delves deeper into the mine fields of what’s destroying their relationships using exercises like “Divorce Court” where a judge dismantles their marriages first hand causing things to get emotional and ugly as dark marital wounds and secrets are revealed in the court room. In the end, the couples will answer the ultimate question: Is their relationship worth saving or are they better off apart?
“Marriage Boot Camp has become a signature franchise for WE tv and we’re thrilled to bring it back for an all-new season,” said Marc Juris, WE tv’s president. “Like all of our unscripted shows, this series is bold, energetic and engaging, and fits perfectly against the backdrop of our rebrand which puts community and conversation at the forefront of everything we do.”
