Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett's album, "Cheek To Cheek," is projected for a strong debut on the charts next week.
According to trusted sources, the collaborative effort will likely debut within the top two.
Led by "Anything Goes," "Cheek To Cheek" is projected to move 110-120,000 copies within its first week.
As reported earlier this week, Lady Gaga declared that this project came at just the right time following "ARTPOP" and a period of time that made her want to walk away from music completely.
"You know, it’s one thing to put a train on the tracks. But it’s another thing to keep the train on the tracks. You can’t just let a train out on the tracks and just run it out… I crashed. I just didn’t even want to make music anymore," Gaga told CBS Sunday Morning before saying "I can’t tell you how happy this music makes me" when referring to "Cheek To Cheek."
Official numbers for "Cheek To Cheek" will be revealed next week.
