KeKe Palmer says people want to hear what Chris Brown's girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, has to say.
Addressing backlash that she received from many a Rihanna fan this week, the "Just KeKe" star penned an open letter letting it be known that she simply gave Tran a platform to speak on.
"Some Rihanna fans feel a way about my interview with Karrueche. I have enough respect for Rihanna to address the topic," Palmer said at the start of her letter. "People make ideas of what my intentions are and I will willingly tell… Let's be real, people want to hear what Karrueche has to say. No one has ever heard her speak about anything pertaining to her relationship until #JustKeKe."
As teased for Palmer's upcoming episode featuring Karrueche (which airs today on BET), Tran told Palmer "It’s the case of the ex. We all go through it, do you know what I’m saying? But, however … in this case my boyfriend is a celebrity who’s ex-girlfriend is an even bigger (celebrity.) So not only am I fighting a battle with her, I’m fighting a battle with 14 million fans.”
