With her highly anticipated upcoming fourteenth studio album, Me. I Am Mariah…The Elusive Chanteuse, dropping on Tuesday, May 27th, this week was all about Mariah Carey. The R&B diva not only locked up the No. 1 spot on Singersroom's Top 10 Streaming R&B Songs of The Week, she was also her own competition at No. 2, and she also logged another two slots, giving her four placements this week. Now, if that isn’t a demand, we don’t know what is! We’ll just have to wait and see if this demand reflects her first week sales.
R&B crooner Robin Thicke snagged the third position with his new single “Get Her Back,” an ode to his estranged wife Paula Patton as he pleas to get her back. The track is the first offering from the singer-songwriter’s forthcoming album, slated to drop on July 1.
Teyana Taylor enjoys some shine in the fourth slot with her new banging single “Maybe,” featuring Pusha T and Yo Gotti. On the record, the G.O.O.D. Music affiliate reveals her romping intentions for a guy she's digging and fans are eating it up.
