In between parenting, judging on "American Idol" and releasing new music, Jennifer Lopez has been working on a book and it will be arriving in stores this Fall.
Admitting that she wasn't sure she'd ever allow it to see the light of day, Lopez says the forthcoming release, titled "True Love," will chronicle one of the toughest periods of her life.
Covering two years, as an artist and a mother, "True Love" will cover Lopez transforming while identifying her greatest fears, ultimately emerging stronger than ever before.
"Writing 'True Love' has been a deeply cathartic, personal, and vulnerable experience. If it were not for the love and courage given to me by my children, this story wouldn’t have been possible," Lopez offered in a statement. "While I struggled with the decision of whether or not to release this book, I recognized that if it could touch even just one person then it would honestly become one of the most fulfilling endeavors of my life."
Written like a personal diary, "True Love" will also feature never before seen images.
"True Love" is due for release Tuesday, October 28 via Celebra. It will be released in both Spanish and English.
