Jason Derulo's "Wiggle" is climbing the charts and taking on a life of its own on social media.
According to Derulo, the Snoop Dogg assisted track is all about experimentation, trying something different, maybe even weird, and it just so happened to work.
"It's all about experimentation. As soon as I heard the track I flipped out," Derulo shared on the red carpet at Sunday's Billboard Music Awards. "I wanted to make it a fun record. I didn't want to put too much weight on the record… I wanted to make a fun song that will make people dance."
In related news, Jason Derulo's "Wiggle" debuts at no.32 on the Pop Songs chart this week. It follows his hit single, "Talk Dirty," which spent several weeks within the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
