Chris Brown Gets More Jail Time
Chris Brown continued the only bad news in R&B this week. The Grammy winning R&B singer admitted to violating his probation after an incident last October (2013) outside a hotel in Washington, D.C., and now must sit in jail for another 131 days.
Brown was facing four years for violating his probation, but according to the AP, Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin sentenced him to a year and gave him eight months credit for the time already served in jail (since-mid March) and in rehab. The 131 days also includes credit for good behavior in the LA county jail, Brown being young when the attack on Rihanna took place and his recent bipolar diagnosis.
