Celebrities including Pink, Wendy Williams and Lea Michele are participating in a new initiative to stop horse drawn carriage business in New York City.
According to PETA, the initiative is in support of Mayor de Blasio reaffirming his commitment to end the trade, asserting that horse drawn carriages are "not humane and (are) not appropriate to the year 2014."
"Every time I see a horse-drawn carriage with its nose in the tailpipe of a cab, and the blinders on, and all the pollution and the congestion and the traffic and the noise, it just hurts my heart," Pink shares in the clip below.
