Fans of The Braxtons and SWV can rejoice: as each set of divas have been given the green light by We TV to be renewed for another season.
You’ll be seeing more Toni, Tamar, Towanda, Trina, Traci Braxton, and Mama Evelyn as the network has ordered a whopping 26 episodes for the fourth season of "The Braxtons," which averaged 1.4 million weekly viewers in its third season. Ten new episodes are also in order for the second season of "SWV: Reunited," as cameras follow Coko, Taj and Lelee on their journey to rekindle their success of the 90s. Their debut season only had six episodes, but the show’s viewership averaged 1.2 million weekly viewers, automatically giving the show a chance for a second go-around.
“WE tv has become a true destination for quality unscripted originals on Thursday nights,” said Lauren Gellert, senior vice president, original production & development. “These shows have played a significant role in expanding our audience, reaching new viewers, attracting advertisers and building momentum for the network, and we’re excited to give our viewers exactly what they want by bringing them back for fresh new seasons.”
Congrats to both shows! Who'll be watching?
