It may seem like an eternity since we heard new music from D’Angelo, so here is an unreleased gem to hold you over until that day when he finally drops something new.
“I'm Glad You're Mine” is a record from his upcoming live album, Live at the Jazz Café, London: The Complete Show, which is slated to drop on March 25th. The record is a re-fix of Al Green’s “I’m Still in Love with You,” which he only performed once during his September 14, 1995 show at the Jazz Café in London.
The new project includes eleven tracks: six from 1996's "Live At The Jazz Café, London," and five never heard before cuts, include this one.
