Allen Stone has put an end to his independent career by signing a record deal with Capitol Records.
Prior to his new deal, the hippie soul singing Washington native released two indie albums, 'Last To Speak' and 'Allen Stone.'
Since rereleasing the self-titled album in 2012 Stone has been touring the Unites States, building a legion of new fans through grassroots efforts.
He already has a vision for his forthcoming third record: "This new record is a brighter, sleeker color of soul music that portrays the last three years of my experience. Where I've been, what I've learned, what I've lost, and where I'm going. It's the measurement of my soul and my sound at this current place in my life,” said Stone.
Before he drops his debut album on Capitol, the preacher's son will head back out on the road on February 15, 2014.
