Another piece to the puzzle has unravelled in the civil lawsuit between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean’s cousin.

In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Sha’Keir Duarte confesses to using "reasonable and necessary" force to allegedly protect himself and Ocean against one of Brown's folks, called Hood. The incident erupted over a parking space outside the Westlake Studio in West Hollywood in January (13).

As previously reported, Duarte is suing Brown for $3 million dollars, claiming he is responsible for the beating he took from a member of the Grammy winner’s security team.

Brown, who is currently serving 90 days of court ordered rehab for anger management, also filed a countersuit, citing Duarte of provoking the fight.

You may remember the infamous brawl that took place between Frank Ocean and Chris Brown’s crew back in 2013. Well, an update has surfaced regarding the incident.

It turns out that Ocean’s cousin, Sha’keir Duarte, has admitted to using force during the altercation. According to reports, Duarte stated under oath that he punched one of Brown’s bodyguards during the brawl.

This admission came about during a deposition for a lawsuit filed by Duarte against Brown over injuries sustained during the fight. It is unclear how this admission will impact the ongoing legal battle between Duarte and Brown, but it certainly sheds new light on what really happened that fateful night.

The Infamous Brawl between Frank Ocean and Chris Brown’s Crew

The brawl between Frank Ocean and Chris Brown’s crew is still a hot topic, with new revelations of force being used by Ocean’s cousin. The incident happened back in 2013, at a recording studio in Los Angeles.

Both parties were involved in a heated argument over a parking space when things got physical. According to witnesses, punches were thrown from both sides, and the altercation quickly turned into a full-blown brawl involving multiple people.

It was reported that Chris Brown was one of the aggressors, throwing the first punch at Frank Ocean. However, Ocean’s cousin has now admitted to using force during the fight as well.

The incident caused quite a stir in the music industry and led to several lawsuits filed by both parties against each other. While it’s unclear who started the fight or who was ultimately responsible for causing bodily harm, it serves as a reminder that violence is never an acceptable way to resolve conflicts.

Sha’keir Duarte’s Admission of Using Force during the Altercation

Hey, you know that guy Sha’keir Duarte? Well, he recently came forward and admitted to using force during the infamous brawl between Frank Ocean and Chris Brown’s crew.

According to reports, Duarte was involved in the altercation which took place outside a recording studio in Los Angeles back in 2013. In his statement, Duarte claimed that he was punched by one of Brown’s friends and retaliated by punching him back. He also said that he may have hit someone else by accident during the commotion.

While this admission doesn’t absolve either party of their involvement in the fight, it does shed some light on what really happened that night. It’s important to note that this isn’t the first time Duarte has spoken out about his involvement in the incident. Back in 2015, he filed a lawsuit against both Brown and Ocean claiming damages for injuries sustained during the fight.

Despite this latest admission from Duarte himself, it’s unlikely that we’ll ever know exactly what happened on that fateful night – but at least we have some clarity now thanks to his confession.

Conclusion

So there you have it – the truth behind the infamous brawl between Frank Ocean and Chris Brown’s crew has finally been revealed.

Sha’keir Duarte, Frank Ocean’s cousin, has come forward and admitted to using force during the altercation.

While it is unclear exactly what happened that night, this admission sheds new light on the situation and may help put an end to the ongoing feud between these two musicians.

It’s important to remember that violence is never the answer, and while emotions can run high in heated situations like this one, it’s always best to try and find a peaceful resolution.

Hopefully now that Sha’keir Duarte has taken responsibility for his actions, both parties can move forward and continue making music without any further incidents.

Let’s hope that this serves as a reminder of the importance of staying calm under pressure and finding non-violent ways to resolve conflicts.
