It's official. Pink is Billboard's Woman of the Year.

The trusted publication broke the news earlier today, confirming that Pink will be on hand for this year's Billboard Women in Music event on December 10 (in New York City).

"Raise your glass for P!nk. The pop singer will accept the Woman of the Year Award at the 2013 Billboard Women in Music event on Dec. 10 in New York City," reports Billboard. "The distinction will cap off an exciting year for the woman born Alecia Moore, who scored her fourth No. 1 single on the Hot 100 earlier this year with "Just Give Me a Reason," a duet with Fun.'s Nate Ruess."

"I was absolutely shocked and surprised to hear that Billboard named me Woman of the Year," P!nk said in a statement. "It's been an incredible year and I feel so grateful to radio for sticking by me, and to the fans and friends and all of the incredible talent that I was fortunate enough to work with for this album."

Pink follows Katy Perry and Beyonce, who have been honored in year's past. Billboard's annual Women in Music takes place Tuesday, Dec. 10 in New York.
