Pop sensation Justin Bieber is being sued by a paparazzi who claims the "Baby" hit-maker assaulted him last year at a Southern California shopping center.
In a lawsuit, filed on Wednesday (June 26), Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran claims Bieber, who was on a movie date with now ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, kicked and punched him.
"He delivered a martial arts-type kick … in the lower rib cage on the left side of his abdomen," reads the suit.
Duran says Bieber got out of his Mercedes and ran at him, leaping into the air from 8 to 8 feet away to deliver the kick, then he punched him in the face…(why does this sound so damn funny?).
Duran also adds other non-related incidents with Bieber and paparazzis to the suit to heighten his claim.
The suit seeks unspecified damages for "severe and extreme emotional distress" and negligence.
