Angie Stone wants nothing but the best for herself, and fellow "R&B Divas," on TV One's hit docu-reality series.

Even though there has been some drama and a few disagreements about a tour, Angie is determined to "keep the car on the road" if only to prove one thing — that women can work together and make things happen.

"That’s the one thing that I’m trying to change because over the years, from what I can remember with the Supremes breaking up, and then people, like SWV, who I adore, breaking up and getting back together. My dream is to maximize the moment and show that women can work together and can come together without it being crazy. That’s been very difficult thus far. But we trying to make it happen," Stone shared with "The Rickey Smiley Morning Show" recently.

As seen on "R&B Divas," the ladies were offered a deal to tour together, but there have been issues, including an unauthorized e-blast (email) that ruffled a lot of feathers. Bringing everyone together on the last episode, Angie Stone sort of re-centered everyone, reminding them that they can pretty much do anything if they work together.

That said, it's unclear if they will come together for the tour, but Angie Stone is hoping for the best.

"I would love to see a tour happen. That is the ultimate goal… to make a tour happen, but at the moment there’s a possibility a couple of tours may happen," she told Rickey Smiley.

"R&B Divas" airs Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. on TV One.

R&B Divas is a popular TV series featuring singers Angie Stone, Faith Evans and Syleena Johnson as they navigate the music industry. The show has been running for four seasons now and fans are eagerly awaiting the fifth season. In this article, we get an inside look at what it’s like being part of the hit show from one of its stars – Angie Stone.

She’s had multiple Grammy nominations over her career and she continues to stay relevant in today’s music scene. Not only does she have a successful solo career, but her work on R&B Divas has also gained her more attention than ever before. We got an exclusive interview with Stone where she talks about how it feels to be part of such an iconic show and why she chose to join R&B Divas in the first place. She shares what it’s been like working alongside some of the biggest names in R&B music and why “keeping the car on the road” has become her mantra for success.

So if you’re interested in finding out what goes into making a successful diva, then read on! Get ready to learn all about Angie Stone’s journey through fame and fortune as told by herself – one of R&B’s most beloved icons!

Overview Of Angie Stone’s Career

Angie Stone has been in the music industry for over 20 years, first as a member of the R&B group Vertical Hold and then as a successful solo artist. Throughout her career, she’s released five albums that have featured distinct sounds ranging from soulful ballads to funky jams. She recently starred on TVOne’s “R&B Divas: Atlanta,” which follows the lives of several female singers who are navigating their careers. In an exclusive interview with Billboard Magazine, Angie opened up about being part of the show and shared how it’s impacted her life.

When asked what it was like working on ‘R&B Divas’ Angie said she enjoyed it but noted that there were some challenges. She explained that juggling both a successful musical career and filming can be difficult at times. Though she admitted there is pressure involved in managing both simultaneously, she also expressed gratitude for having the opportunity to work on something where she could share her story with others.

Despite all of the hard work required to balance two demanding jobs, Angie remains positive and focused on staying true to herself and continuing to make great music. With so much going on in her life right now, Angie summed up her feelings by saying “I’m just trying to keep the car on the road.” Whether it be through performing or appearing on television shows, it’s clear that Angie is determined not only to stay grounded but also thrive in whatever comes her way.

Reflections On ‘R&B Divas’ Experience

Angie’s experience on ‘R&B Divas’ has been a unique journey that has allowed her to reflect on many things. As she shared in the interview, it can be difficult trying to balance two demanding jobs at once. Yet despite this, Angie has managed to remain positive and focused on staying true to herself.

Her experiences have highlighted how far she’s come in her career and also serves as an empowering reminder of what you can achieve if you work hard enough for it. In addition, being part of this show gave Angie the opportunity to connect with younger generations who may not have known about her music before. This is something that she cherishes dearly because inspiring others through her story is important to her.

Though there are moments when life gets tough, Angie Stone remains determined to keep moving forward and continue succeeding no matter what comes her way. Her resilience and passion for making great music serve as constant reminders of why she loves doing what she does.

Conclusion

In my opinion, Angie Stone is a true R&B Diva. Her longevity in the industry and her willingness to take risks have served her well throughout her career. She has left an indelible mark on music with her powerful voice, heartfelt lyrics, and unique style of soulful storytelling.

Angie’s experience on ‘R&B Divas’ was both challenging and enlightening. As she shared during our conversation, the show pushed her outside of her comfort zone and forced her to confront issues she hadn’t dealt with before. Despite this, she persevered and used it as an opportunity for growth.

From what I can tell, Angie Stone isn’t slowing down anytime soon; she’s just trying to keep the car on the road! She’ll continue to make great music that touches people’s lives while inspiring them to be their best selves. No doubt about it – Angie Stone will remain an iconic figure in the world of R&B for years to come!
