When someone says “Aaliyah”, not only do you think about her pretty face and long hair, but you almost immediately see her in her shades. Sunglasses were Aaliyah’s image. There was a rumor going around that she wore sunglasses to hide a lazy eye. She wore them so much that people had to believe she had to wear a pair for some reason.
