Rita Ora made a special Halloween appearance on “The Late Show with David Letterman” in New York City, performing her single “R.I.P.” live for American viewers. The UK singer is gearing up for the release of her U.S. debut album, currently scheduled for 2013. The disc will arrive via Roc Nation, who is currently working on building her buzz here in the states.
