Chris Brown signed Youtube sensation Joelle James to his company Chris Brown Entertainment (CBE) last year. Now, Breezy is starting a campaign to introduce her to his fans and more with the release of “Fading Away,” a duet which he’s featured on.
Joelle James secured her own fan base of over 16,000 subscribers that have helped her garner more than a million views on Youtube. Recently, Chris Brown went to Twitter to announce the collaborative single from the pair.
The excited newcomer James followed up Brown on Twitter stating, “there is more I promise. but you gotsa be patient boys and girls. i been waiting 22 years to do this…so its gotsa be perfect for youu!”
Ms. James, a California native, was singing before she was a preteen, she performed for Ray Charles, Star Search and the American Idol before signing with on to become the newest member of CBE. In addition, she has gained a formal education in music as a student at Berklee College of Music in Boston.
Joelle James is in the process of working on her debut album, but a release date has not been scheduled.
