We all knew Beyonce was a huge supporter of First Lady Michelle Obama, but now the world can actually feel how important Mrs. Obama is to the music superstar.
In a handwritten letter to the first lady, Beyonce writes:
Michelle,
is the ULTIMATE example of a truly strong African American woman.
She is a caring mother, she’s a loving wife, while at the same time, she is the FIRST LADY!!!
No matter the pressure, and the stress of being under the microscope – she’s humble, loving, and sincere.
She builds and nurtures her family, while also looking out for so many millions in so many ways.
Michelle, thank you so much for every single thing that you do for us – I am proud to have my daughter grow up in a world where she has people like you to look up to.
Beyonce has been doing her part to help Michelle Obama fight childhood obesity as apart of the “Let’s Move” campaign. She previously remixed her hit ‘Get Me Bodied’ to be a workout song now titled ‘Move Your Body’ for the keep-fit initiative.
Beautiful letter with content that are right on point about Mrs. Obama. Our gratitude goes out to the FIRST LADY as well.
