So ‘New Life’ is just saying embrace the new things that can come into your atmosphere. It can be great for you. So as I embrace new love, new music, new people, new things… It’s just been an amazing experience. So I named it ‘New Life’ just as a representation of that.”
Monica named the Rico Love-penned track, “Man Who Has Everything,” as one of her favorite songs on the LP, as well as “Without You,” which she dedicates to her husband, Shannon Brown.
As for the rumor of a possible Brandy and Monica tour, they are still working on it and hoping someone will be able to put the tour together, with an addition of more female vocalists.
