Jason Derulo is back in the studio! Following an appearance on American Idol this week, with girlfriend Jordin Sparks, Derulo confirmed a project he says has been helpful in his road to recovery.
“I’m actually making another album. So that’s been really fun. I’ve been really inspired throughout this whole process,” says Derulo.
Three months into the project, Derulo is “pretty far” along but does not have a time period for release. Claiming past projects might have been “a little rushed,” the “Future History” singer plans to take his time.
“I felt like, in the past, things were a little rushed, and I don’t want to do that. There’s no time limit; I’m taking my time on it. Really enjoying it for what it is,” Derulo told THR.
In related news, Jason Derulo may be removing his now blinged out neckbrace.
Claiming it was to be on for three months, Derulo hopes his neurologist will allow him to take it off this week.
