LeToya Luckett has been balancing both music and Hollywood over the last few years but, she insists the former, music, is a priority for 2012.
Following roles in The Preacher’s Kid, Killers and From The Rough, Luckett has been documenting her journey via a web series titled “Life, Love & Music”.
Discussing the series and her forthcoming third studio album Monday, Luckett revealed the latter has been tentatively titled “It’s Persona”.
“I’m just going to shoot them up until the release of my album,” Luckett says of her popular web series before admitting videos won’t be released rapidly. “[But] as much as I would love to just put out just three or four a month, that ain’t gonna happen.”
Why? Because LeToya is considering additional work in Hollywood, telling Juicy magazine “there’s a lot of great stuff going on.”
LeToya’s last album, “Lady Love,” was released in 2009. The album featured hit singles including “Regret” and “Not Anymore”.
