A man claiming he was assaulted by one of Ray J’s bodyguards, Friday, plans to press charges.
Following video of the assault, released by TMZ over the weekend, the man, only known as Phil, claims he suffered a mild concussion.
According to TMZ, Phil claimed his friend, laid out on the ground in the video first, told one of Ray J’s bodyguards to go “f**k himself” after the bodyguard tried to get him to back away from Ray J’s car outside of a club in Hollywood. When Phil came to the aid of his friend, he claims another of Ray J’s bodyguards punched him.
Ray J has not commented on the situation….
In related news, Ray J and Whitney Houston have been spotted out partying together in Miami. Sources say they reconnected, following a rumored relationship in 2010, at Rick Ross’ birthday bash in Miami last weekend.
As previously reported, Houston stars in Sparkle, due in theaters this August.
