In addition to work on her third studio album, “Impossible” singer Shontelle has been working on a footwear collection. Confirmed Thursday, the collection will be released through Cat Footwear this Spring.
“It’s a really big deal for me to be able to do this collaboration with Cat. I just want people to be able to look into the mirror, see their reflection, and be proud of what they see,” said Shontelle, referring to her collection in a promotional video. “There’s a lot that goes into designing a shoe. We really put a lot of thought into the design.”
According to WWD, the collection is due this Spring, incorporating the Barbados trident and vivid colors.
“When women wear these boots I want them to feel a sense of confidence,” says Shontelle. “If I don’t feel comfortable, I don’t feel confident and confidence, is key !”
