Sunday Best judge and Gospel singer Erica Campbell gave birth to a baby girl yesterday.
Welcoming Zaya Monique, who weighed in at 6lbs 12oz, Tuesday, she and husband Warryn Campbell have issued a statement.
“Feeling so thankful and so blessed to have our sweet Zaya finally make her grand entrance into the world! God is awesome, our family couldn’t be more happy than we are today!”
Both mother and daughter are said to be doing well.
Campbell will star in a forthcoming WEtv docu-reality series later this year. Based on the Grammy and Stellar Award winning group Mary Mary, the series will document the sister’s lives following hits like “Shackles (Praise You)” and “God In Me”. They join the Braxton family, stars of ‘Braxton Family Values,’ currently airing on WEtv.
