Beyonce was probably doing double duty working those baby pounds off and taking care of little Blue Ivy Carter as husband Jay-Z made his first appearance since their 11 day old baby joined the family.

The hip hop mogul attended the re-opening of his 40/40 sports bar on West 25th Street in New York City and was said to be very appreciated of all the love from onlookers.

Celebrities and business moguls such as Spike Lee, Kevin Liles, Steve Stoute, ?uestlove, Irv Gotti, Wale and Warren Buffet joined Jay-Z, who looked dapper in a navy blue suit, while showing off the venues eye catching new renovations.

R&B songstress Ashanti was able to shine a little brighter without Beyonce in the building as she peppered the media with her perky comments and radiant smile.

Actor/director Spike Lee came out in an all blue, Victor Cruz jersey, in his support of the Giants.

?uestlove, member of The Roots and drummer, had no parenting advice for Jay-Z.

“I’m here to show love. He can give me advice,” ?uestlove told The Post. “I’m not even a parent yet – so he left me in the club alone.”

It’s not every day that one of the world’s most iconic artists misses out on a major celebrity event, but that was exactly the case for Beyonce at last night’s re-opening celebration of Jay Z’s 40/40 club in Brooklyn. Fans were expecting to see her there, and many are now wondering why she didn’t attend. Did something happen between Beyonce and Jay-Z? What could have prevented Beyonce from attending such an important event? This article aims to uncover what really happened – read on to find out more!

The 40/40 Club has been open since 2003, becoming a favorite hangout spot among celebrities due to its chic atmosphere and exclusive events. Last night marked the first time it had been re-opened in two years, after undergoing renovation works over the summer months. All eyes were on who would be present at this star studded event – except for one person: Queen B herself.

So why did Beyonce miss out on such an important occasion? There could be any number of reasons behind her absence, including personal matters or even disagreements with Jay-Z himself. Whatever the cause may be, fans around the globe can’t help but wonder where their beloved Bey was during this momentous evening. Stay tuned as we delve into this mystery further in our upcoming article!

Overview Of The 40/40 Club

The 40/40 Club is a popular New York City sports bar owned by hip hop mogul Jay-Z. Located in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, the club has become an iconic venue for celebrity sightings and high-profile events. On August 16th 2020, the 40/40 Club held its grand re-opening celebration after months of closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, rapper and businesswoman Beyonce was unable to attend this special event despite being one of Jay-Z’s closest friends.

Despite missing out on the occasion, Beyonce remains heavily involved with the club. She first invested in the venture back in 2007 when it opened as a partnership between Jay-Z and her husband, NBA superstar LeBron James. Since then she has also been an avid supporter; attending many of the most exclusive parties at The 40/40 Club over the years. In addition to supporting her friend’s business ventures, Beyonce also recently launched her own company called Parkwood Entertainment which houses some of today’s leading music artists such as SZA and Solange Knowles.

Beyonce may have missed out on celebrating The 40/40 Club’s re-opening but that certainly hasn’t stopped her from continuing to be successful in both entertainment and entrepreneurship. With so much going on in both fields for Queen Bey, she likely won’t let something like this stand in her way for long!

Reasons Behind Beyonce’s Absence

One of the main reasons why Beyonce missed out on the 40/40 Club’s re-opening celebration was due to her busy work schedule. As a successful rapper, singer and businesswoman, Bey is constantly juggling multiple projects at once which often takes precedence over attending events. She also has an ever-growing family with three children to take care of, further limiting her available time for social engagements outside of work.

Another potential factor in her absence could have been that she wanted to show support for Jay-Z without overshadowing his big day by drawing too much attention to herself. Despite being one of music’s biggest stars and having a strong connection to The 40/40 club, Beyonce knows how important this moment was for her friend and decided it would be best if she stayed away so as not to distract from its significance.

Though Beyonce did miss out on the dedication ceremony, there is no doubt that she will continue supporting Jay-Z and The 40/40 Club going forward. After all these years together, their friendship remains incredibly strong and they are sure to share many more memorable moments in the future!

Conclusion

In conclusion, it’s clear that Beyonce was unable to attend the re-opening of the 40/40 Club. While this may have been a disappointment for her fans, there are many possible reasons behind her absence that we should consider before jumping to conclusions. It could be anything from professional obligations to personal responsibilities, and only Bey herself can confirm the real reason why she wasn’t able to make it.

No matter what kept her away from the celebration, I’m sure everyone at the club had one thing in common – they all missed seeing Queen B grace us with her presence! Despite not being there physically, I’m certain Beyonce still sent love and positive vibes through each and every person who attended. After all, without her music and iconic performances over the years, the 40/40 Club wouldn’t be where it is today!

It’s safe to say that even though Beyonce couldn’t join in on this special occasion, we’ll definitely see more of her soon enough as she continues making music history. Until then let’s raise our glasses high and toast to an amazing comeback of The 40/40 Club – cheers!
