We are not sure who the former lover is exactly but Jill Scott was getting it bad! The R&B songstress opens up to Sister 2 Sister magazine for their August 2011 Issue, insisting she was a victim of being “dickmatized.”

The term “dickmatized” is seldomly used by many but for Scott it means, “Where you get caught up in the whole sexuality of your relationship but it’s not going anywhere… Just somebody giving you the goods but not necessarily giving you the rest-or not expecting the rest from them.”

Not knocking the straight d**k man, Scott wants her female followers to know that’s OK but make sure your relationship is not just based on sex.

“What I’ve discovered is, although it may be a lot of fun, it is also a waste of time and you might be blocking your blessing-blocking somebody who wants to be more to you than just a great time in your life,” Scott tells the mag.

She adds that she had to do some soul searching to conquer the d**k. “Just realizing what I have to offer. I’m so much more than my flesh!”

Have you ever been “dickmatized?”

Jill Scott is an American singer-songwriter, actress and poet who has made a name for herself in the music industry. But she’s not just known for her musical talent; she’s also earned respect for being outspoken about female empowerment and discussions of gender inequality. In recent interviews, Jill Scott talks about how women are often objectified by society and d**kmatized by men—in other words, reduced to nothing more than sexual objects. She shares her own experiences and offers advice on how women can take back their power. This article dives into Jill Scott’s inspiring words and provides insight into what it means to be more than “just a piece of meat.” Let’s explore why this conversation needs to happen now more than ever before.

Definition Of D**Kmatized

The term d**kmatized refers to a situation where an individual, usually female, is objectified and viewed as nothing more than a sexual object. It’s when someone reduces another person to their physicality rather than recognizing them for their worth as a human being. This type of behavior is damaging not only on the victim but also on society as it perpetuates gender-based inequality and discrimination.

D**kmatization can be found in various forms of media, such as music videos, movies, television shows, books, magazines and even advertisements. Women are often portrayed in these mediums in a way that reinforces stereotypical roles and expectations placed upon them by society. They may be presented as passive objects with little or no autonomy over their own actions or narrative arcs. In certain cases they may also be shown engaging in activities solely designed to please men – all while wearing revealing clothing or conforming to unrealistic beauty standards.

This type of representation has been widely criticized by artists like Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter Jill Scott who have spoken out about the importance of ensuring that women are represented fairly and accurately in the media. She argues that women should never be reduced to mere sex symbols; instead they should always be seen as capable individuals who are just as deserving of respect and appreciation as any other group within our culture.

Jill Scott’s Perspective On Empowerment

Jill Scott has made it her mission to empower women and encourage them to reclaim their autonomy. She believes that d**kmatization is a form of oppression which needs to be addressed in order for women to gain equal rights and recognition within society. Scott has been vocal about the importance of allowing women to express themselves freely without feeling the pressure of having to conform to certain standards or expectations placed upon them by men or society as a whole.

In an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Scott discussed how she is trying to use her music and public platform in order to bring attention to issues faced by women such as objectification and gender-based inequality. She encourages people, especially young girls, to celebrate their unique individuality and not let anyone dictate who they should be or what they can accomplish. The artist also acknowledges the power of language when discussing these topics; specifically, how words like “slut” are used against female empowerment and serve only to further marginalize marginalized groups.

This kind of messaging from influential figures helps create positive change in our culture, giving hope that one day women will no longer have to feel the weight of being treated as nothing more than a sexual object but instead receive the same respect given any other person regardless of gender identity or expression. Jill Scott’s message speaks volumes on this issue – reminding us all that we must continue fighting for equality if we want true progress towards achieving it.

Conclusion

I. Summary
In this article, we explored the concept of d**kmatization and how Jill Scott views it from an empowering perspective. We discussed her idea that women should be more than a piece of meat in the eyes of men and reject the notion completely.

II. Final Thoughts
It is important for all individuals to recognize their worth and fight against any form of objectification or mistreatment they experience. D**kmatization creates a very unequal power dynamic within relationships and can lead to damaging effects on both parties involved. Women especially need to be aware of these dynamics so they are not taken advantage of by those who seek to exploit them. Finding strength in one’s own autonomy is key in order to break down these oppressive systems and create healthier, more equal relationships between people regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.

III. Takeaways
The most important takeaway from this discussion is that everyone deserves respect and dignity no matter what their gender identity may be. It is up to each individual person to stand up for themselves and refuse to partake in practices such as d**kmatization that reduce someone else’s value simply because they are female-identifying or nonbinary-identifying. I believe that if we work together towards creating a culture where everyone feels safe enough to express themselves authentically, then maybe we will begin to see real change in our society for the betterment of us all!
