The ultra chic, ultra pink GlamBar salon, located in Atlanta’s art district of Castleberry Hills, celebrated the boutique’s two year anniversary last night. The aggressive expansion of the salon coupled with two successful years in business, prompted the GlamBar to open its doors for a VIP beauty lounge experience called, “Girls Club.”
Actress-performer, Teyana Taylor, and her beautiful tresses, hosted the event with many of her celebrity friends including D. Woods, Sean Garrett, and Mika Means. Taylor took time out to pose for photos and mingle with friends, fans, and hair-lovers like herself throughout the night.
Boasting features in ESSENCE, Lucky, BET, Bravo and more, the GlamBar’s plan for nationwide expansion will begin with store openings in Charlotte, Miami, New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles.
The ultimate girl’s playground event displayed some of the beauty industry’s newest developments including Glisten Hair Bling, 24K nail polish infused with real gold, Violent Lips (currently the only retailer in the country) and gift bags galore. Those who attended the posh pink celebration got the chance to experience GlamBar’s unique mix of beauty and technology.
