Soul/R&B singer Ginuwine races to the alter to stop his ex Phoenix, played by Malinda Williams (Soul Food), from marrying another man in his new music video for his single âCould Have Been.â The brave singer makes it to the entrance interrupting Phoenixâs âI do,â and gets a surprise reaction. âCould Have Beenâ is lifted from Ginuwineâs forthcoming album âElgin,â arriving in stores just before Valentineâs Day via Notifi Records. The ballad, produced by St. Nick, picks up where last year’s “Last Chance” left off. âI want something that I created and something that Iâm apart of to live on,â Ginuwine recently stated about his music and philanthropic efforts. âTo me the purpose of life is for you to really leave a seed here in the earth to blossom and thatâs what Iâm trying to do.â
