While the summer’s arguably most anticipated release (“Thank Me Later”) coming from Drake leads the pack June 15, Singersroom has you covered with the rest of the summer’s top releases (below). Amongst the summer’s most anticipated releases list is American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino’s third studio album and former Roc-A-Fella princess Teairra Mari’s long-awaited return. Untitled at this point, Fantasia’s third studio album and first in over three years, is led by the single “Bittersweet” and is a follow up to the spring 2009 single “Even Angels”. Little else is known when it comes to the album. It is however, due in stores July 13. After several years of recording and seemingly fighting for her spot amongst today’s leading female R&B acts, Teairra Mari will finally release her sophomore album “At That Point” June 29… While Mari has released countless singles since being unceremoniously dropped from Roc-A-Fella after making a splash with “Make Her Feel Good” in 2005, this is her first album to be released since that debut. “At That Point” features the rising single “Sponsor,” which follows buzzworthy cuts like “Cause A Scene,” “Hunt For You,” and “Automatic”. One of several albums to be released June 29, ironically following the BET Awards (June 27), Teairra Mari’s “At That Point” will be joined by Diddy’s long-awaited “Last Train To Paris,” The Dream’s “Love King,” and Dwele’s “W.W.W.
