Joe Jackson Slams Rumors, Says Michael ‘Was Not Gay’

Joe Jackson, father of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, has come to his son’s defense due to alleged gay rumors. Early last week, Jason Pfeiffer, an office manager for Jackson’s former dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein., appeared on Extra, claiming he had a sexual relationship with the late “Thriller” hitmaker. Klein reiterated the claims, telling TMZ.com Pfeiffer was “the love of his (Jackson’s) life”. He also recalled walking in on the two men with their shirts off. Klein admits he and Pfeiffer have been the target of “horrible death threats” since going public with the claims, which Joe Jackson calls “not true,” adding “Michael was not gay.” Jackson goes on to say, “He (Klein) has no respect for Michael… to say things about him when he’s gone is shameful. He’s a doctor and knows better than to break his vows against a patient.”

It’s been just over nine years since Michael Jackson died in 2009, leaving behind a legacy of iconic music and dance moves. But recently his father Joe Jackson has stepped forward to set the record straight about one rumor that has long circulated: That Michael was gay. In an interview with The Daily Mail, Joe emphatically declared that “Michael was not gay!”

Joe’s statement comes at a time when many people are more open-minded than ever before about LGBTQ issues—but it also reveals how much work is still left to be done if we want everyone to have equal rights under law and social acceptance regardless of their sexuality. There has been speculation for decades about Michael’s sexual orientation and private life, but this finally puts the rumors to rest once and for all as far as Joe is concerned.

The story of Michael Jackson’s life deserves to be remembered accurately; by hearing from his own father on this issue, we can get closer to understanding who he really was. Let’s take a look at what else Joe had to say about his son’s personal life and why he felt compelled to speak out now after so many years of silence.

Joe Jackson’s Statement

Joe Jackson, the father of late singer Michael Jackson, has recently issued a statement regarding rumors that his son was gay. In an interview with the British tabloid The Sun, he emphatically stated that “Michael wasn’t gay.” He added, “He loved women and had many girlfriends throughout his life until he passed away in 2009.”

Jackson went on to say that it is not only untrue but disrespectful to speculate about the sexual orientation of someone who cannot defend themselves. He said, “It’s wrong for people to talk like this about anyone – let alone my son. It hurts me when I hear these lies being told about him.”

Jackson concluded by saying that Michael’s legacy should be celebrated as one of the greatest entertainers ever and reiterated that he was never gay.

Response To Allegations

In response to the allegations, many people have expressed their support for Joe Jackson and his statement. Supporters of Michael’s legacy argue that it is wrong to make assumptions about someone’s sexuality without evidence or consent. They also point out that everyone should be allowed to live their life free from judgement on such matters.

Others have argued that there is no harm in speculation as long as it is done respectfully and with an understanding of how sensitive these topics can be. But most people agree that it was inappropriate for a tabloid publication to publish rumors about Michael’s sexual orientation without any concrete proof.

It seems clear that the vast majority of those who knew Michael well believe he was not gay, despite what some tabloids may claim. As the late singer himself said: ‘I’m just trying to heal the world.’ It appears this healing will continue through respecting each other’s rights to privacy and celebration of his remarkable musical achievements.

Conclusion

I. Summary of Joe Jackson’s Statement
Joe Jackson has recently spoken out against rumors that his son, Michael, was gay. He firmly denied the allegations and expressed his anger at those who perpetuated such claims without any evidence to back them up. He stated that he knew his son better than anyone else and affirmed that he was not gay in any way.

II. Impact on Fans
This statement from Joe Jackson will have a big impact on fans of Michael all over the world. His words carry weight for many, as they are coming from someone with intimate knowledge of Michael’s life. Many people will take comfort from this affirmation as it serves to dispel false rumors about their beloved idol.

III. Respectful Reflection
Regardless of whether or not one believes Joe Jackson’s words, it is important to remember that everyone deserves respect – even if we disagree with what they say or do. We can still hold our beliefs while showing compassion and understanding towards others; in this case, honoring the memory of Michael by respecting his family’s wishes regarding how they choose to remember him.
