R&B singer Sammie is busy working on what he loves most — his music. Reloading his long anticipated album “Coming of Age,” Sammie has decided to enlist some of this year’s most celebrated acts including Nicki Minaj. “Ya’ll be on the look out for it, it’s crazy. Real sexy in the club like. I think ya’ll are going to really love it,” Sammie tells Singersroom. While “Coming of Age” is now slated for release Summer 2010, Sammie has no intention to leave fans high and dry. Working on an EP titled “It’s Time,” Sammie says he “can’t wait” for everyone to hear what has been going down in the studio. “I got my album “Coming of Age” coming out. I’m working on my EP “It’s Time”…. just working, getting my music out there … can’t wait”. In addition to an in sight collaboration with Nicki Minaj, Sammie is looking forward to working with former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard and “I Invented Sex” singer Trey Songz. As previously reported, Sammie has logged time in the studio with Adonis, Daron of 112 and Cornaboyz, among others. His last studio album, “Sammie,” released in 2006, spawned the singles “Come With Me” and “You Should Be My Girl”.
