Boyz II Men has one of the most recognized discographies in R&B/soul. Even with countless hits like “I’ll Make Love To You” and “End of the Road” the trio still enjoys classic love songs, which appear on their latest disc “Love”. “We remember how these songs made us feel when we first heard them, and we wanted to relive that experience by rerecording them now in our own way,” says Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men. Released in November, “Love” features stirring renditions of Sam Cooke’s “Cupid;” The Beatles’ “In My Life” and “Amazed’ (Lonestar). But the “Water Runs Dry” group’s remake of Nat King Cole’s “When I Fall In Love” is perhaps one of the best renditions on the album. Featuring Michael Buble, “When I Fall In Love” rounds out a set Boyz II Men says “had a huge emotional impact on so many people, including us.” “Love” is in stores now.
