Pop singer/songwriter Jason Derulo is now onboard for Lady Gaga’s anticipated ‘Monster Ball’ Tour. Joining Kid Cudi for the seventeen date tour, which runs through Atlanta, New Orleans, Detroit and Miami, before wrapping up in New York January 21, Derulo is also poised to enter 2010 with his Beluga Heights/Warner Bros. Records debut album. Due after the successful release and chart climb of “Watcha Say,” currently at no.2 on the Billboard Hot 100, Derulo’s debut album will hit stores early 2010. As previously reported, Derulo is the first artist signed to Warner Bros. Recordsâ new joint venture with multi-platinum songwriter and producer J.R. Rotemâs record label Beluga Heights. Derulo has written songs for Lil Wayne, Sean Kingston, Pitbull, Diddy and Danity Kane, and has shared stages with T-Pain, Akon, and Mims. Derulo kicks off his portion of the ‘Monster Ball’ tour on December 29th in Atlanta and will continue until the final show at Radio City Music Hall on January 21st (dates below).
