Trey Songz and Whitney Houston debuted strong on last week’s Billboard 200 albums chart. This week, the duo appears to have lost steam. Sliding down 3-6, Trey Songz “Ready” holds on to the top 10 on the chart with 45,000 copies of his “Brand New”and “Successful” aided album. While Songz drops below the top 5, Houston lands at the no.3 spot on this week’s Billboard 200. Ousted by Jay-Z (476k) and Miley Cyrus, Houston’s “I Look To You” comes in with a considerable 88,000 copies sold. As previously reported, Houston’s “I Look To You” is her first album to be released since 2002 and first no.1 charting studio album this decade. It debuted with over 300,000 copies sold last week.
