After two rumored dates and plans for a tribute dedicated to the late Michael Jackson in London fell through, sources say a Jackson tribute in August of 2010 is likely. According to the London Paper, AEG Live, the same company behind Jackson’s intended ‘This Is It’ Concert Series, is planning a star-studded show. Slated to occur in August, organizers hope to celebrate Jackson’s birthday as well, with the show locked in for August 29, 2010. At press time further information was unavailable. News of a London based tribute follows that of a planned Vienna tribute and forthcoming post-humous induction at New York City’s famed Apollo Hall of Fame.
