Pretty Ricky will release their next album as an independent group on Blue Star Records but, not before unveiling a new video for “Tipsy In Dis Club”. The talk of the net earlier this year, Pretty Ricky’s “Tipsy In Dis Club” became an instant hit when group member Spectacular performed in his underwear while also challending other R&B male artists to a “grind off”. Months later, Pretty Ricky is moving forward with plans to unveil an official “Tipsy” music video. Set to premiere September 7, Spectacular’s birthday, the new “Tipsy In Dis Club” video will arrive on the group’s website at 12:01am. Pretty Ricky will then stop by BET’s 106 & Park to premiere the video and discuss their future. No longer attached to Atlantic Records, who parted ways with the group in May, Pretty Ricky says its forthcoming self-titled album will be released in November. Since 2005, Pretty Ricky has released two albums, including âBluestarsâ and 2007âs âLate Night Special.â The groupâs album sales total 1.4 million per Nielsen SoundScan.
