Drew Sidora is going straight to the club and she’s taking none other than “Lose Control” entertainer Missy Elliott with her. “It’s coming fresh from the studio,” Sidora tells Singersroom of an upcoming single titled “Ladies Go”. “It is a club energetic and ladies empowering, dance record… definitely something for the clubs.” Produced by the same hitmaker behind Keyshia Cole’s “Let It Go” and Jazmine Sullivan’s “Need U Bad,” Cainon Lamb, “Ladies Go” precedes Sidora’s debut album on Slip N Slide Records. Due later this year, Sidora’s album follows the multi-talented star’s success in both film and television related projects including ‘Step Up’ and ‘The Game’. But don’t let the actress-turned-singer notion get the best of you. Sidora has been recording since the age of 13 and hopes to inspire others with the anticipated debut. “Iâve been doing a lot of movie and television roles so this is an opportunity for people to know who I am as a person and know what Iâve been through: whether itâs me being in love or me going through heartbreak and just life experiences,” says Sidora.
