Usher’s ongoing divorce is already getting deep, just days after documents were filed in Georgia. According to revealing documents obtained Tuesday, Usher wants a copy of nearly everything his soon to be ex-wife Tameka Foster-Raymond has touched — including cards, letters and personal notes written over the course of their 22 month marriage. In the Grammy winner’s petition, several requests are made that could lead one to think that Usher is suspicious of Foster-Raymond, especially the words “(copies) of detective reports and other reports arising from any surveillance or investigation of the activities of any alleged affairs of your spouse, which surveillance or investigation was performed on your behalf in connection with this action.” In addition to what may be believed as an attempt by Usher to obtain research done by a private investigator (hired by his wife Tameka Foster-Raymond), the singer wants copies of tax returns and medical bills, particularly from “psychologists” and “hospitals”. But the line that is raising eyebrows is Usher’s intent to recover anything that ‘reflects on (his) conduct during their marriage.’ Just last month, Usher was spotted out on what appeared to be a date with a woman believed to be a Def Jam executive. He has also been spotted repeatedly without his wedding ring. As previously reported on Singersroom, his wife was placed in an induced coma after complications arose during a cosmetic procedure in February. Eventually recovering from the surgery and coma in Brazil, Foster-Raymond returned to Atlanta but according to the papers filed — not to or with Usher. In fact, the “Burn” singer’s petition confirms that they have been separated since July. In related news, Usher’s soon to be ex-wife is due to speak publicly about the divorce. “We were hoping this case would be resolved privately. Since Usher filed it publicly we will have to respond,” Raymond’s lawyer Randy Kessler told PEOPLE. According to Kessler, Raymond will respond in a “timely manner”.
