After spending nearly two months atop the Urban AC chart, Gap Band frontman Charlie Wilson has been ousted by Jennifer Hudson’s “If This Isn’t Love”. “…Love,” Hudson’s follow up to the 2008 hit “Spotlight” rose to the top spot after spending a number of weeks a no.2 right behind Wilson’s “There Goes My Baby”. News of the recent Grammy winner’s move on the charts follows a rousing performance at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theater where Hudson was joined by Robin Thicke. The belting diva, as previously reported on Singersroom, is on tour with Thicke through Friday, May 8 making final stops in Dallas and Houston, Texas after spending roughly six weeks on the road. Jennifer Hudson will also take the stage at the TODAY show’s annual Summer Concert Series Friday, May 15. For more information, fan passes and other scheduled performers click here.
