Beyonce has been punk’d and Vienna sources say they’re sorry for taking the joke a little too far.. As reported earlier this week, a woman posing as Beyonce toured Austria’s Albertina Art Museum, unfortunately she wasn’t convincing enough and museum officials called Beyonce out for sending a “body double” to their planned tour. “Her face was extremely similar, but her body was totally different,” Verena Dahlitz, the museum’s spokeswoman said of the Beyonce double. According to Kronehit Radio, they hired the Beyonce look-a-like, booked the VIP tour and took her to various tourist attractions in Vienna while the real Beyonce was preparing to perform at an “I Am… World Tour” concert in the city. Station personalities even sent the look-a-like on a shopping trip. “We’ll call the Albertina to say we meant no harm. It was a great museum tour,” Andrea Hilber, marketing manager at Kronehit Radio told Contact Music sources. The Vienna museum has accomidated tours for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in recent years.
