Either Jennifer Hudson is being punk’d with a late April Fool’s Day joke or reports confirming that she is expecting a child with fiance David Otunga are indeed true. According to Essence, the latter news that Hudson is pregnant is true ! Two sources close to the singer have reportedly told Essence that the currently touring “If This Isn’t Love” diva is expecting a child with former “I Love New York 2” star David “Punk” Otunga. Otunga, also a Harvard Law graduate proposed to Hudson last fall and the duo are said to be planning a secret wedding ceremony to be held soon. In related news, Jennifer Hudson’s tour stop in Atlanta was deemed “legendary” by some fans when fellow American Idol alum Fantasia Barrino took the stage to perform “I’m His Only Woman” with Hudson.
