She’s already tackled film and music with her alter ego Sasha Fierce, now Platinum-selling singer Beyonce is taking on the animated world with “Wow! Wow! Wubbzy” !! According to Nickelodeon, Beyonce has lent her voice to four episodes of the hit cartoon “Wow! Wow! Wubbzy” thanks in part to her nephew, Solange’s son Daniel. Enjoying the opportunity to share her talent with the kids, Beyonce says getting her voice just right for the show was a challenge. “The one challenging thing for me in playing the role of Shine was her voice. It’s really, really high and my voice is deep and a little husky”. Shine, the lead singer of a girl group called the Wubb Girlz on the series, will be voiced by Beyonce when the episodes air April 27 through April 30 on Nickelodeon. Speaking with PEOPLE recently, Beyonce called the role “all about fun”. “It was all about my inner child and me being 5 years old all over again.” Watch the preview of Beyonce in “Wow! Wow!
