The mystery woman who reportedly sent the text message that started Chris Brown and Rihanna’s ‘altercation’ in February has been revealed ! In a story released Tuesday, Chris Brown’s manager and subject of previous dating rumors, Tina Davis was said to be the confirmed texter ! Davis, who has managed Chris Brown since he broke onto the scene with “Run It” several years ago at the age of 16, was allegedly involved intimately with the singer. News of the alleged romance is not new, in fact, a scathing report issued just a few years ago implied that Brown and Davis had been romantic for some time before any mention of Rihanna. While this particular rumor made headlines online, it was never confirmed or denied by either party. According to NY Daily News a source close to the investigation said the text message, now evidence in the case, came “from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.” That very source says, the woman in question intended to hook up with the “Take You Down” singer at the London Hotel later that night. As previously reported, Rihanna was said to have become angry after reading the text message which led to Brown allegedly assaulting the “Disturbia” singer. Brown allegedly punched Rihanna several times and told her “I am going to kill you.” At press time, Davis was unavailable for comment. Chris Brown is due in court April 6.
