Hit making producer Rodney Jerkins and CEO of Darkchild Productions, Inc, has inked a deal with UK based Extreme Music. In a deal reached this month, Jerkins, known widely for his work with Brandy, Jamie Foxx and recently Britney Spears (“Circus”), will executive produce nine albums within an 18-month period. Jerkins, the executive music consultant for the motion picture soundtrack for “Confessions of a Shopaholic,” also launched a virtual music world website titled Music Mogul.com last year. At least three albums, under the Extreme deal, are expected to be released by years end.
