Major retailer Target has put its well known bullseye on Prince’s forthcoming three-disc CD set including the icon’s much anticipated album “LOtUSFLOW3R”. In an exclusive deal, the three disc set from Prince, also including “MPLSoUND” and the third disc – an album from his new artist Bria Valente, will be made available through Target at the price of $11.98. “Prince has long been renowned as one of the world’s most original and iconic musical artists,” said Mark Schindele, Target’s senior vice president of merchandising. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share his most recent work with our Target guests.” Prince is the latest recording star to release new music exclusively through a retailer. John Legend, Christina Aguilera, AC/DC and the Eagles have all enjoyed similar agreements with both Target and Walmart in recent years. According to Target, the 3-disc set will be made available through its website March 29!
